With over 20 years of dedicated practice and teaching, Master Li Chen brings authentic Tai Chi instruction rooted in traditional Yang style forms. Trained in both China and Europe, Master Chen specializes in making this ancient practice accessible to modern practitioners.
Master Chen believes that Tai Chi is for everyone, regardless of age or physical ability. Through patient instruction and individual attention, students learn to cultivate internal energy (qi), improve their health, and find greater peace in their daily lives.
